Respected Sir,
I would like to Inform you that I have registered a Complaint by email ( The Complaint Reference No. **** /e-mail dated 25.02.2011) for my Human rights to take refund of my fees and get my original Documents. This Complaint is against a fraud Management College (NDIMS – New Delhi Institute Of Management Studies) where I took admission and Submitted Fees & Original Documents of my Previous Qualifying exam. This Fraud College is Located at 52, Tughlakabad Institutional Area, Near Batra Hospital New Delhi (National Capital of India). Honourable Supreme Court is also Situated in National Capital of India (Delhi). Honourable Supreme Court had ordered that the OLC (Off Campus Learning Centre) Course Degree Programme Should be Closed in all over India But still these Courses are running. I have got my RTI from UGC & Public Notice issued by UGC & a copy of Order letter of Honourable Supreme Court to close these OLC programme. UGC sent notice to all university to close these OLC programme and refund fees and Original Documents otherwise UGC will take a strict action against this Matter But UGC never take any action.
At the time of admission I did not know about this type of Forgery. I came to Delhi for MBA in 2008 in NDIM – New Delhi Institute of management Tughalakabad. My GD ( Group Discussion ) & PI (Personal Interview) was conducted on 26/06/2008 in the Building of NDIM – New Delhi Institute of management Tughalakabad. And college Management told me that there are only 260 seats in our college and limited no. seats are available so as soon as possible Submit your fees to reserve seat, So I Submitted fees on 26/06/2008 at the same building of NDIM and get Receipt of NDIMS – New Delhi Institute Of Management Studies. At that time I could not check the difference between NDIM and NDIMS because college management told me that both (NDIM & NDIMS) are the same branch and classes will be started at the building of NDIM after 1&half Month. After submitted fees and taken admission letter I went to my home town.
Again I came to Delhi for class in August 2008, Then College Management change our classes Location NDIM Tughalakabad to NDIMS Okhala. And there were 980 students when the college was starting their very first batch. this was very shocking news that there were 980 students in just starting a new college. How is this possible??? & How can an University provide affiliation for 980 student in first batch. At that time a doubt was burned in my mind and as well as other students also that it can only happen in the case of Distance Learning Centre.
Then we discuss about this matter with our Director Sir, Director General Sir & Chair Person. They told us that they providing OLC Degree Programme but that OLC was not mentioned in Prospected there was written only MBA – INDUSTRY INTEGRATED 2 Years FULL TIME REGULAR DEGREE PROGRAMME.
So I Draw RTI to UGC and I have asked 4 Questions. As written Bellow…..
Ques 1:- Is the University Can Run their Regular degree Programme outside the own state?
Ans :- UGS Answered NO.
Ques 2:- What are the OLC (Off Campus Learning Centres)? Are they Approved By University or UGC? OLC can Provide Regular Degree Programme??
Ans:- UGC Answered :- State University is not authorised to open study canters / Off Campus Centre Beyond the territorial Jurisdiction of the state as per the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India . The University cannot open its centre without the approval of UGC even within the state as per the provision of UGC Regulation 2003. The University cannot run Distance Education Programme without the approval of joint committee of UGC , AICTE, DEC(Distance Education Councle).
Ques 3:- Is the course MBA Industry Integrated is approved by UGC??

Ques 4:- Is there any Approval process that the college can admitted above 950 students in first year opening ?
Ans:- No reply
At that time our First Semester exam also coming. All Students walk out the exam and all student went on STRIKE. College Management take help of Delhi Police and Braked this strike.
this strike was also shoot by a news channel but that news channel was also pressurised by politician and money so news channel could not help us. And all students are also pressurised by college management by saying to the parents that control your son/daughter otherwise we(college) will arrest your son/daughter under many false cases.
Now we knew that the College is fraud, I and many of my batch mates went to UGC and request to take action against this college. UGC told us that we cannot do anything for you on our behalf, We (UGC) need a registered FIR copy against College and University & we (UGC) need Orders from upper side.
Then we went to Area Police Station, They (Delhi Police) refused to register our complaint. Any Police Station in Delhi did not receive our complaint. Then we went to Media (News Chanel / News Paper) Offices, MLAs, MPs, Ministers But no one is there to help us. We also went to Honourable HRD & Education minister Mr. Kapil Sibal, He show us the sympathy and told us that I take action against this college. But he did not take any action. Next time we tried many time to meet him but we Could not meet him again.
During this period College Management Threaten to kill me & Pressurise to stop these nonsense things. And also told me that we (College Management) are very powerful, No one can take action against us neither police nor court . And they (College Management) pressurise us to submit rest fees otherwise you are under arrest for creating misbehaviour.
So Under pressure of College Management and Police as well as parents we had to attempt first Semester’s exam as well as 2nd and 3rd semester Exam. After 1st sem Exam I was called by Director General Mr. R. M. Singh. I went to Director General I saw that 2 persons of Delhi police are also there. In the presence of Delhi Police, director general again Threaten to kill me.
I NEED JUSTICE & I HOPE THAT YOU WILL HELP ME FOR JUSTICE....
